It’s no secret I love the ease of wraps and quesadillas, after all I dedicated an entire website to them! It can be tricky to navigate those cravings for carb loaded wraps and quesadillas while trying to following a low carb diet. The recipe I am sharing today is perfect for those counting carbs, it is easy, delicious and keto-friendly!
You can swap the chicken for another protein like steak or shrimp, or portobello mushrooms for a vegetarian option. Don’t forget the avocado and salsa to complete this easy meal!

Where can I find cheese wraps for this keto chicken quesadilla?
There are several different brands that offer these cheese wraps in a variety of different flavors. I used Colby-Jack and love the flavor it provides.
You can easily find these at major grocery stores, usually in the cheese cases near the deli.
How do you make a Keto Quesadilla?
You just need to follow three simple steps to create the perfect Keto Quesadilla! To begin, you will need grilled or sautéed chicken, onion and bell peppers. This can be leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken, or something like this Jalapeño Lime Grilled Chicken.
Prepare the chicken, peppers and onions to your liking and set aside. Next, heat an oven to 350 degrees F. Place a cheese tortilla on a silicone lined baking mat and bake approximately 10 minutes or until the edges have browned and it looks similar to my photo.
Allow the cheese shell to cool a few minutes so you can handle it easily. Add the fillings, fold the cheese tortilla over the chicken and vegetables. Add any extras like avocado, sour cream or hot sauce and enjoy!

Yes! I love making this keto chicken quesadilla for meal prep. Simply prepare your quesadilla as described above, place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge. When you’re ready to enjoy, just warm in the microwave on a plate!
