This quick and easy Keto Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap is loaded with deli turkey, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables in a cheese wrap! This is an easy lunch under 3 net carbs each!
My affinity for lettuce wraps is well documented on this site. These Keto Turkey Club and Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps are well loved in our home! They also happen to be two of the most popular recipes on this site.
I think they are so popular because they are so easy! Lettuce wraps are refreshing, require very little prep work and it is a meal you feel good about eating!
However, they can be hard to make if you are down to your last bits of lettuce that are small or torn. In that case, I’m sharing a keto friendly, low carb wrap that is perfect for those little leftover bits!
This Keto Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap features a cheese wrap in place of a tortilla. This is ideal for a keto diet, and is naturally gluten free.
Ingredients for a Low Carb Turkey Wrap
- Cheese Wrap
How do you make a Low Carb Wrap?
This recipe requires minimal work. Simply lay the cheese wrap on a 12×12 piece of parchment or wax paper. This makes rolling and storing so much easier, it is essential if you are planning on preparing the wrap to take for lunch.
Layer the vegetables, turkey, bacon, and ranch dressing on the tortilla and use the paper to help you carefully, but tightly roll the tortilla.
How long is a wrap good in the refrigerator?
I think these wraps are best when eaten within 24 hours. Since the “tortilla” is cheese I find the ingredients do not hold up well after one day.
Where can I find cheese wraps?
There are several different brands that offer these cheese wraps in a variety of different flavors. I used Colby-Jack and love the flavor it provides.
You can easily find these at major grocery stores, usually in the cheese cases near the deli.
