How do you Make a Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wrap?
Firstly, tear a 12-inch square of wax paper to use as your base. Lettuce wraps can be flimsy and using a wax paper base helps prevent those gorgeous fillings from escaping.
Next, place your 2 or 3 lettuce leaves right in the center of the wax paper so that they are slightly overlapping, providing a solid base for your wrap.
Add the slice of cheese to the center of your wrap, and top with the chicken, peppers, onions and chipotle mayonnaise. Try out different flavors by switching up the toppings as you wish. Why not try a tangy mature cheddar cheese or add some juicy cherry tomatoes for a summery feel?
