You only need a few basic ingredients to make this easy Balsamic Grilled Chicken, they include:
- Chicken: Chicken breast or chicken tenderloins

How long should you marinate chicken?
Chicken can be safely marinated up to 48 hours according to the Food and Drug Administration. However, vinegar based marinates such as this one should not be used for extended periods of time as vinegar can cause the chicken to become stingy and tough.
For this recipe shoot for a marinading time from 30 minutes up to 4 hours. This allows plenty of time for the chicken to become flavorful without compromising the quality of the dish.
How do you make Balsamic Grilled Chicken?
To make Balsamic Grilled Chicken you must first prepare the Balsamic Vinegar marinade. This marinade has just 7 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.
