Cheesy Chicken Ranch
- 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 8-10 jarred pepperoncini peppers
For the Sandwiches
- 6 English muffins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place all of the Cheesy Chicken Ranch ingredients in a small (1.5-2 quart) slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir and shred the chicken and peppers when ready to serve.
- Spread the butter on each English mufin and toast until golden brown.
