Last week I shared this amazing Jalapeno Lime Grilled Chicken. You guys loved it as much as I do because it has totally taken off! I think what makes this recipe so appealing is that it has really basic ingredients like olive oil, lime juice, spices, garlic and of course jalapeño. It is a quick marinade that is great on any cut of chicken!
Today I’m sharing a grilled chicken wrap that packs a kick! This is for my spice loving friends, not only is there jalapeño in the marinade but the wrap also features pickled jalapeños for an extra kick!
What ingredients do you need for a Jalapeno Lime Chicken Wrap?
- Grilled Jalapeno Lime Chicken
- Tortilla
- Spinach
- Pickled jalapeños
- Smashed Avocado or Guacamole
- Sharp Cheddar
How do you make Jalapeno Lime Grilled Chicken?
- Begin by making your marinade. Combine the lime juice, zest, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cumin.
- Add the chopped green onions and seeded jalapeño to the marinade and stir well.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for the best flavor.
- Grill over high heat, approximately 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
How do you make a Jalapeno Lime Chicken Wrap?
- Begin by warming a large tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds or my preferred method is in a very lightly greased skillet. By warming the tortilla it makes it much more pliable and easier to wrap.
- Place the spinach in a single layer across the tortilla.
- Layer the cheese, grilled chicken, jalapeños and avocado down the center of the wrap.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and roll tightly. Slice down the center and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced Grilled Jalapeno Lime Chicken
- 2 tablespoons mashed avocado or guacamole
- 1-2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños
